The next step in our growth journey is that we are now expanding our support department with a really sharp communicator! We are looking for someone who is an ace at communicating and is able to keep many balls in the air.
In the role of Customer Success Manager at Notyfile you will initially communicate both with our new and existing customers. Mainly it is about training and helping new users in the platform but also handling all types of support matters. The service may vary and you will have great opportunities to improve and develop the support department together with other departments to give the customer the best possible experience.
To succeed in the role we would like to see that you have previously worked with some form of B2B assignment. For us, it is a matter of course that you are organized, structured and able to look at things with a helicopter perspective in order to prioritize what needs to be done here and now. In this service, you need to be able to have several processes running at the same time, e.g. support and onboarding.
