With a platform created by sellers - for sellers, we have the market's sharpest CRM! Our growth journey has only just started and we will continue to challenge the industry with new innovative solutions based on the market's needs. 

The next step in our growth journey is that we are now expanding our support department with a really sharp service star. We are looking for you who are an ace at communicating and are able to keep many balls in the air while you are used to pushing tasks to the finish line. 

 

In the role of Customer Advisor you will act as a first point of contact for our customers, meaning you will be the first person they turn to for support and problem resolution. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, answer questions and provide instructions via phone and email. Mainly it is about helping users in the platform but also handling all types of support matters. The service may vary and you will have great opportunities to contribute to improving the customer experience by providing feedback and suggestions for improvements.

To succeed in the role we would like to see that you have previously worked with some form of B2B assignment. For us, it is a matter of course that you are organized, structured and able to look at things with a helicopter perspective in order to prioritize what needs to be done here and now. In this position, you need to have several processes running at the same time, e.g. customer service and support as well as customer advice and support.

The position is full-time with a fixed monthly salary and is intended to be filled immediately.
